3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). 77phq may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license). Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your 77phq account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures prior to closure, subject to verification requirements.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 77phq accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank, subject to availability. Supported payment methods may change from time to time and will be reflected in the platform's cashier section.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso one hundred (₱100). Minimum and maximum deposit limits for specific payment methods are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. 4.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. 77phq reserves the right to return funds to their source and close the account if this requirement is breached.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on 77phq are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player and are determined by the relevant payment provider.
4.6 No Fees. 77phq does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 77phq's control.
5.1 General. 77phq may offer bon uses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses awarded on 77phq are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 5.5 Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the applicable promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
